The reality of imagination
Today, I invite you to unfold together the importance of the role of imagination into the process of multidimensional healing .
If you are experiencing any physical condition that is chronic and if you truly want to overcome it, it’s essential to remember and recognize that you are more than a physical body, you are a multidimensional being made of different layers and each layer has a very important part in our healing.
It’s becoming almost universally accepted, even from mainstream medicine, that our thought and emotions affect our body. And this is important to understand and accept it as a reality, because there’s no healing if we don’t completely reverse our way of thinking and feeling.
The generator of that mind-body pattern is the subconscious realm and is made out of personal and collective past events, transgenerational traumas and unquestioned beliefs, they all cause the unique expression of your life experience and in them is hidden the cause of your unbalance that manifests as a physical body issue, (or in some relationship and even behind financial problem).
Traumas (emotions) and negative beliefs (mind) belong to the realm of subtle energy, which means that we cannot directly see their essence with our primary five senses and yet they are very real.
During a session, we use the Radiant Heart visualization to mold the time ahead of us with its high quality of energy and it is incredibly effective to cut through the noise of the mind that wants to avoid or interfere with the healing.
-The universe behind your eyelids-
One day I sat to do my meditation, and I usually use some music to access my flow state, but this time I had a headache and I decided to simply close the eyes and to focus on the darkness behind my eyelids.
As usual, at the beginning I felt impatient and I was struggling with my focus, however after a few minutes of forcing my eyes into the blackness, I started to intuitively receive guidance and it was suggesting me to relaxing my eyes, and to stop trying to see and instead to allow and let the darkness expand in my mind’s space. The result was really breathtaking, I suddenly started to notice little stars appearing and fleeting away, popping in and out, and then I saw lines and sparkles and the blackness became so dense and full that I transcended completely the awareness of having a body, and I felt as if I was the astronaut of my own mind, admiring and navigating my inner, vast universe.
It was really beautiful and I was so captured that when the alarm ringed, almost an hour later, I couldn’t believe it. It seemed like only 5 minutes had passed on, and I could have stayed there forever.
To me that experience reminded me that what we see and experience in our mind is as much real as what we experience here in 3D earth, we can access to that reality anytime and it can be mesmerizing beautiful.
-What it is imagination-
We are starting to explore the power of our minds and this is really beautiful and following this openness that now we are starting to have, I wanted to introduce and to really get specific about the power that we have in our imagination, because you know we really believe most of the time that imagination is not real, it's just some floating images in our mind and that it's just a fantasy.
we usually confuse imagination with fantasy meaning that it's not real that has no tangible consequence or effect in our life, in our body and in our health, but this has been really completely disproved along the last centuries and we actually know right now the power that visualization has on enhancing our healing whether it is in our body in our life in our relationship.
Our approach here at bodyheart uses your own inner realm to access the origins of your problems that so far your conscious mind couldn’t see.
