Anaïs is a trauma-informed EFT Facilitator and Coach, a teacher of Somatics, Embodiment and Yoga practices, an artist and an intuitive at her core.
She is dedicated in helping women healing their bodies and their lives through the most powerful body-energy practices.
She strongly believes that to truly transform and heal from the past, to become the most audacious, highest version of ourselves, we need to awake our Heart’s dimension as a new state of consciousness based on the reawakening of the Feminine Principle, which is deeply rooted in the body.
This is why she named the center 'BodyHeart' .
Bodyheart represents a new paradigm that follows the evolution of the bodymind era: the one that can be ruled by the far more greater creative power of the Heart.
